It's now better than the end of the last deal in June 2020 where it was hovering around $297, but keep in mind that this is fulfilled by Amazon US and hence the price will likely fluctuate on a day to day basis. Looks like the price for the Seagate Expansion 10TB (STEB10000400) got adjusted today as it was circa $307 when I checked this morning.
